Lawyer Sergio Berenguer participated as a speaker at the Master of Economic Criminal Law at the Rey Juan Carlos University (URJC) in Madrid, last October 27th. This program, developed in collaboration with the KPMG Chair of Financial and Forensic Research, was held at the Faculty of Legal and Social Sciences, located on the Vicálvaro campus.
Berenguer’s lecture, entitled “Modifying Circumstances: Inherence, Communicability, and Compatibility”, was part of the curriculum on General Problems of Economic Criminal Law. This master is aimed at jurists focusing on deepening their knowledge in Economic Criminal Law or
Business Criminal Law, as well as researchers interested in these areas.
